Be advised All Hair on Bags, Wallets, Jewelry are one of a kind! No two cowhide pieces are the same. No two embossed leather pieces are exactly the same and colors may carry more or less of a color. Please review product pictures for item details, but not exact hair details. Each new purse/wallet is made with a brand new unique cowhide.
Aztec Rug prints vary in rotational color, no two aztec purses will be exactly the same.
Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days but may take longer. Pre Order items will take much longer and will usually be quoted under the details section of the listing. All orders placed 1/28-2/6 will ship after 2/6 due to shop holiday. Upgraded shipping will upgrade your shipping ROUTE but WILL NOT make the processing time shorter.
Orders may ship Usps, Fedex or Ups
Items will ship from California, USA
International orders may take 1-6 weeks via First Class International
Delays Happen, Please patiently await your item and contact the postal company if you are concerned. No refunds will be given for delays or lost items *NO EXCEPTIONS
Items are not shipped with insurance, If youd like to add insurance please add route at checkout. If you do not add route to your order, you will be liable for lost, damaged and stolen packages. All cases are to be opened with route.
Cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds will be given as store credit.
In the case a order is flagged as possibly fraudulent by the financial institution, we will await the first successful payout or until the chargeback period has passed to ship the order. We may also need to verify identity of the card owner if this happens.
