Return/Exchange Policy

Full Return Policy

We absolutely accept returns for store credit. Please contact Haute Southern Hyde within three days of item delivery and after confirmation ship the item back within 7 days of item delivery.
The item must be in brand new, unused, and tags still attached condition with the original dust bag. If the purse is not shipped back in these conditions, the buyer will forfeit the refund and will have the opportunity to pay for the item to be shipped back to them or forfeit the product thereof.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS. We do NOT charge a restocking fee, and unfortunately do still lose money on fees/packaging in a return. The shipping charges are added into the purchase price, so please understand upon a return we will issue a refund MINUS what was spent on shipping.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages by the carrier so please consider insurance.

 Please note refunds will be given as store credit.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways of the first item, and the second item will have free shipping included into the purchase price. The shipping charges are added into the purchase price, so please understand upon a return we will issue a credit MINUS what was spent on shipping. There will either be a refund credit, or an invoice for the difference in fees once complete.

Items that arrived Damaged or Defective   

Damaged or Defective claims need to be sent immediately within 3 days of item delivery via email to contact@hautesouthernhyde.com. Tags must be attached and the item must be in unused condition. Removal of tags renders a damaged or defective claim unreplaceable.

 

Christmas Exceptions* We have made an exception for Christmas gifts. The new exchange policy will open 12/25-12/28 (Three days from Christmas gifting). Please contact Haute Southern Hyde within this time frame if this was a gift. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges outside of this window NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are travelling or will be gift giving on a seperate day please plan to contact Haute Southern Hyde within the *correct time frame*. 

 All items returned to Haute Southern Hyde due to delivery issues will incur a re-shipment fee of the shipment price to ship the item a second time. Previous shipment fees will not be refunded. An invoice will be issued for all fees due.
